Reservation Modification

You can modify your reservation up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled pick-up date, provided that the desired vehicle is available.

• Please note that if the requested vehicle is not available, CRS is not responsible for any delays or for the need to upgrade your vehicle, which may incur additional costs.

Reservation Confirmation

Your reservation is only confirmed once a deposit of 30% of the total rental cost has been paid.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation with Full Refund:
You may cancel your reservation and receive a 100% refund if the cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to the rental start date. 

Cancellation 7-30 Days Before the Rental Start Date:
If you cancel less than 30 days but no fewer than 7 days before the rental start date, no refund will be provided. However, we will issue you a credit voucher for the value of your deposit, which can be used for a future booking:

• At our store or
• On our website.

Cancellation Less Than 7 Days Before the Rental Start Date:
For cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the rental start date, no refund or credit voucher will be issued.
